Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) requires the supply and delivery of a Hybrid Research Trailer to support the Buccaneer Archipelago Marine Parks project.

The trailer will be used to deliver elements of the science and monitoring program by providing a platform for carrying out aquatic resource surveys in remote areas.

The trailer will be used in remote areas of Western Australia to support land-based and small-boat based operations. A heavy-duty off-road trailer is required that is capable of operating in a variety of terrains including dirt roads, corrugated tracks, and beaches.

The trailer will be primarily used to transport fish sampling equipment and camping equipment to remote locations where it will typically be operated for periods of around a week.
