Procure takes all reasonable steps to ensure the security of our system and your information.  However Procure will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorised access of your personal information.

Procure does not collect or store your credit card card details. Credit card transaction processed by ANZ Egate use the SSL protocol to provide secure transmission of sensitive data between your web browser and
the Payment Server. In addition to SSL channel encryption, the Payment Client encrypts transaction data sent from the application to the Payment Server to prevent alteration in transit as it is redirected via the your web browser.

Procure collects information on our site visitors.   This data is always used as aggregated, non-personal information.

Subscription with Australiantenders.com is completely optional. Subscription includes submitting your email address and company name . You may access this information at any time by clicking "My Account"

Tender alerts  are an optional service. The email address provided is used by Procure to notify you via email of tenders which meet your specified criteria. You can modify, delete or disable any  alerts by clicking on  ‘Tenders Alerts’.

In replying to a tender your response, including email, company name, attachments and covering letters, are forwarded directly on to the advertiser (buyer) and stored in our database. This information may also be disclosed to Procure’s service providers and contractors from time to time who help us to deliver our products and services. By applying to a tender advertised on Procure you are requesting that Procure pass the information to the Advertiser as a part of your reply.

Procure may  also provide various system email notifications such as notification of expiry of your subscription. You can change your preferences with respect to these notifications under "My Account".
